Acceptable Use Policy
This is a starting template. Have a lawyer review it for your country before you rely on it.
1. Permission first
Send messages only to people who agreed to receive them, or who have an existing relationship with you that clearly allows it (for example a customer's order update or a one-time password they requested). Keep proof of consent. You are responsible for following the telecom, privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to you and to your recipients.
2. What is not allowed
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages or chain messages.
- Phishing, scams, fraud, or messages meant to deceive, including pretending to be another person, bank, company or authority.
- Harassment, threats, hate, or content that is illegal or harms children.
- Messages that hide who you are, or that try to avoid carrier, Android or platform limits and protections.
- Sending to numbers that asked you to stop.
3. Opt-out
When someone replies STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT or END, we mark them as opted out and the platform will not send them your messages again. Honor every opt-out request, including those you receive through other channels. Include a way to opt out in marketing messages.
4. Limits and enforcement
Plans have sending, device and API limits that we enforce. We may slow down, suspend or close accounts that break this policy or that show signs of abuse, and we may remove access to devices. Suspension can happen without notice when needed to stop harm. Administrator actions on your account are recorded in an audit log.
5. Your messages and privacy
Message text is private to your account. Administrators do not browse message content as part of normal operation. Content may be accessed only for a documented, authorized reason such as an abuse investigation or a legal request. Personal data of your recipients must be handled lawfully by you.
6. Your phones
You may connect only phones and SIM cards you own or have permission to use. Messages are sent by your phone through your own mobile plan, so carrier rules, fees and sending limits apply to you.
7. Reporting abuse
If you received an unwanted message sent through this service, or you see a violation of this policy, write to md.emtias.live@gmail.com. Include the sender number, the time and, if possible, the message ID.
